I must admit first day of taking it I can feel the mint in my tastebuds and sounds crazy but I did I noticed the effects right away taste in my mouth arm pits have minimize in smell not completely on day three my bowels adjusted I notice decreased appetite and a need to eat more small frequent meals and less junk cravings I have also followed my opinion on how to take it and is best to take in the morning warm water wait a hour or so before eating and take it at the same time everyday has helped i start drinking ginger or cinnamon tea for the nausea I get after eating certain foods specially before bed has helped yeah I believe it works and if you have a good healthy habit it will definitely work for you too
